Health Week 2025

• We kicked off Health Week on Halloween with a small boost for the spirit – our Halloween characters spread joy and handed out refreshing ginger shots and health bars. 🎃
• On the same day, employees also had the opportunity to get vaccinated against the flu. 💉
• Under the guidance of Jürgen Külm, we enjoyed a joint walk in the beautiful Kubija pine forest, including various physical exercises. After the walk, we relaxed with warm tea and delicious pastries. 🌳
• We learned the basics of rest and recovery and took time to reconnect with ourselves.
• A Peaasi.ee training session titled “Communication and Cooperation in the Workplace” took place. 🐘
• A gratitude wall was open throughout the week, where everyone could write down what they are thankful for and inspire others – whether it was a great night’s sleep, an amazing colleague, or good health. 💕
• We also explored the topic of addictions:
  • We gave an overview of the digital world and its impact on people’s lives. 📵
  • We introduced the “Smoke-Free” program based on the Allen Carr method. Interested employees were able to join the program and begin their journey toward a smoke-free life. 
• We wrapped up Health Week with a plank-holding challenge, where Barrus employees achieved truly impressive results (watch the recap video here: https://www.facebook.com/share/v/186KEyF7qQ/):
  • Laura set an incredible record – 30 minutes and 3 seconds!!! 
    
    
    
  • As Laura set the bar exceptionally high, we also recognized 2nd place in the women’s category – Katrin, with a result of 5 minutes and 56 seconds. 
  • In the men’s category, Mihhail took first place with a time of 8 minutes and 1 second.
