Green Roadmap and Barrus' Environmental Footprint

In 2022, Barrus began mapping out key development directions related to environmental topics. When assessing environmental impacts, we relied on principles of the circular economy, climate impact analysis, resource usage, and more — all to identify the main focus areas for improvement and to guide more effective environmental management.

As a result, a two-year roadmap (through the end of 2025) was created to support the implementation of various environmental projects.

We have also received the results of our 2022 carbon footprint assessment. The three main contributors to our footprint were fossil-based electricity, purchased production materials, and transport. These topics are already addressed in the Green Roadmap action plan, so from here on, the only way is forward.
